Could you clarify the ask, page: http://localhost:5123/api/Payment/charge There is no such page in Dev Studio.

@rramsey777 are you having an issue with Dev Studio? we only support issues with Dev Studio. Use of content displayed on Dev Studio should be taken with a team whose content you are using.

Having an issue with Commerce Hub API web service. Not with Dev Studio.
