Add Moon Phase to Trip #23

Summary

Add the Moon Phase field to the "Sun & Moon" region in Trip like we have in Fish. The field is automatically set based on the selected Spot and trip Start Date.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The Trip form has the "Moon Phase" field.
  2. If a Spot is selected, then the Moon Phase field is automatically set based on the selected Spot and the Trip Start Date.
  3. If a Spot is not selected, then the Moon Phase field is not automatically set.
