This is the effort estimate table, that takes the FN111+FN112 (CLF) plus the FN121 tables. Also required are all the stratum definition files for each project. The output tables are FR713_daily, FR713_stratum, FR713_project.
(3) Make EFFORT records (FR713)
3 A). Process ACTIVITY DATA (Creel Log Forms) i.e. merging FN111 and FN112 Sum ACTIVITY records within each DAY of each STRATUM
3 B). Process INTERVIEW DATA (Creel Interview Forms) i.e. merge FN111+FN112 +FN121
make FR713_daily: Get DAILY totals (total on STRAT+DATE)... Estimate DAILY Effort (roving where counts AND interviews occurred on the same day)... (query for if No interviews but activity <=criterion) revisit this!
make FR713_stratum: Get STRATUM totals (total on STRAT)... Estimate STRATUM Effort from DAILY estimates...
make FR713_project for all strata or by pooling estimates based on STRAT (temporal or spatial grouping).
