Old style inis don't work with the launcher #18

Original title: Name setting doesn't save unless Play button clicked

I'd have assumed this should be saved anyway when the window is closed.

Huh. Correction: it doesn't save at all.

Correction again: this was because I had a .ini from an old version of Cartographer in the folder. Might be good to do a check for old-style inis before trying to manipulate them. Also, warn the user when errors occur. Silently catching and reporting to log won't help a confused user.
