Kodi 21 compatibility #200

Thank you for your great idan+ addon! :)

Can you please kindly add Kodi 21 compatibility? Some of the channels don't work at all on Kodi 21, like the Big Brother channels, but work perfectly fine on 20.5 and below.

Tested both on windows and android.

צהרים טובים. לא נתקלתי בבעיות ניגון בקודי 21 בארץ, גם בוינדוס וגם באנדרואיד.

True. The issue was valid when I posted it. It seems to be resolved now, so probably an update or more since then fixed it.
