Windows compatibility #1

Hello Fisher, Assuming your code is developped under a Linux environment, some codes may need to be change in Windows.

  1. OD/get_full_od.py 
    os.system(f"mkdir -p fos.path.join(demand dir, args.network, args.base)}")

    should be writen in

    output_dir = os.path.join(demand_dir, args.network, args.base)
os.makedirs(output_dir, exist_ok=True)

The code was indeed developed in a Linux environment, and there may be some compatibility issues when migrating to Windows. Thank you for pointing out this problem!
