[Feature request] FB0 and SPI #18

Dear Sir, Would you please consider to enable FB0 and SPI2 on Duo256, SPI3 on DuoS by default? Thank you.

fb0 (framebuffer?) - As detailed, none of the video subsystem was ported to this image.

spi3 should be enabled by default.
