OS : v1.3.0 Board : Duo S v1.2 Symptom : The "poweroff", "shutdown", and "halt" all result in rebooting.

Afaik - its a kernel driver issue. Would have to wait till mainline kernel as the relevent support lands. (or figure out the correct registers to poke in the RTC subsystem that controls power)
