Dynamic Lighting does not work on shaded segments\entities #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ensure dynamic Lighting is on
2. Put down any metro theater\bond1 shaded segments or entities down
3. Place a Dynamic light in the map and test the game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the dynamic light. However, with any Bond1 shaded 
objects\segments, you do not see the light.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.18.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Bug is annoying.

Metro Theater shaders will need the dynamic lighting code added to the shaders 
themseleves. This will come in an update to the model pack soon!

Note that all model packs that use additional shaders need to be modified to 
take advantage of the new V118 features such as dynamic lighting and fog.
