User without Login should able to navigate to Login Page #146

Current Behaviour:

In Home page, showing error cannot read property data of undefined
When navigating to Login page without login, the page is empty

Expected Behaviour:

In Home page, should not show an error when the user does not login
When navigate to Login page should be able to view Login page with content

Steps To Reproduce?:

Logout
Make sure the LocalStorage is Clear and no token inside
Refresh or Go to Home Page
Navigate to Login Page

Additional Details:

By commented or remove lines 21 to 24 in src\main\webapp\app\config\axios-interceptor.ts the login page will show
Need to future investigate this issue
