This PR fixes the placeholders' color being the same as the input color and makes the delete account button become red when focused, too. Functionally, it improves the loading times on the teacher's home menu, and the account works and associations menu by not disposing their respective subscription when the components are destroyed. It also assures that observables are unsubscribed correctly everywhere, to prevent leaks.
