Hide Setup icon from menu when its not needed. #23

Hi. can you please add hidding setup icon from main menu option into Slice settings? Over time, my library is configured, and I dont need to access it, its just taking space from menu :)

You can add submenu item to power icon to still allow access to settings (if big icon is hidden)

I really love your clean skin. I would also like to configure the skin by removing unused icons (e.g. music) and adding other custom home items (e.g. for documentaries; see http://kodi.wiki/view/Custom_home_items). Would be great if this could be possible!
