Disc play menu does not disappear on playing #34

I have a USB DVD drive connected to my Slice. When I insert a disc, a new option "Disc" shows up on the front menu, below all the others. This is good. When I click it, I get a menu with two options: "Play disc" and "Eject/Load".

1) When I pick "Play Disc", the disc starts playing, but the menu does not dismiss - it continues to display, overlaying the full-screen DVD content. I have to hit the "Back" button to get rid of the menu.

2) Also, while I'm here: "Eject/Load" is a silly name for that menu item, because if the disc were ejected, the menu would not be present, and so this option will always do "Eject" and never "Load". So it should be changed to "Eject"

This is still true, five months later. Is this software still under development?
