Doesn't work OK in fullscreen on Radeon 4770 #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Enabling fullscreen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal colors is the expected output, I either see all-blue (screenshot) or
normal colors and the picture torn and all over the screen (unable to
screenshot that one - I only get black screen).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
c5b92e392eac+ default(?), WinXP Pro SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
Using Catalyst 10.2 drivers...

Resolved with setting scaler to 4x or hq4x.

Probably an SDL or driver issue.
