Zica Supercharger bug in 2 player game

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get Zica Supercharger for player two in two player game (quite a hard
task: grab 3 Charge Cannons!  Save game attached.).
2. Shoot

I would expect the weapon to work as it does in the original and in 1
player game: to fly straight forward.  But now it flies very fast rightwards!

I'm using the latest repository version (2f72529448) on Linux.

Save game attached: from two player saved games choose the one with the
name "JAPE P2".
