Clicking title bar from outside game focus moves the window (Mac version)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cmd+Tab out of the game
2. Click on the title bar from outside the game's focus
3. Watch the whole game window move displace itself equal to the displacement 
between the in-game cursor and the out-of-game cursor.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Classic revision 915 on Mac OS 10.6.4
