THE CURSOR IS FOR INPUT NOT FOR YOU TO PLAY WITH!!!!

THE WINDOW MOVES TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN BECAUSE YOU DECIDE TO MESS WITH 
THE CURSOR SHOULD THE USER WANT TO MOVE THE WINDOW AND THEN THEY HAVE TO GO 
INTO TASK MANAGER AND FORCEFULLY TERMINATE THE PROCESS.

LEAVE THE CURSER ALONE!!!

This is how infinite mouse movement is implemented, and we're not about to 
redesign the mouse input mechanism from the original game.  If you would like 
to have the mouse leave the window, you may use the Ctrl+F10 keyboard shortcut.
