UP arrow locked in pressed state. #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download latest build with Tyrian 2.1
2. Run game
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Menu with one option highlighted, instead I see options changing like I've been 
keep pressing up arrow.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2013-04-04. Operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64.

Please provide any additional information below.

Maybe you have some hardware or software that's emulating a joystick.  Does it 
still happen if you run it from the command line with `opentyrian.exe --no-joy`?

That's strange...I can swear I wrote that --no-joy helped. I had few programs 
like Joy2Key and one of them was causing the problem.
