Rollout Generalization for all Sources #95

This PR continues with the generalization of our vector tile layers. It enables the generalization for all our sources.

Reminder: Wir müssen

  1. atlas-geo deployen um die spalten zu erzeugen
  2. atlas-app deployen um die neuen funktionen zu erzeugen
  3. dann aber den tile-server / martin neu starten, sonst werden die neuen funktionen nicht erkannt

Update: Die properties.id Änderung (bzw. das Fehlen von .osm_id, .osm_type müssen wir nochmal tiefer durchdenken. Bitte nochmal in atlas-app suchen, wo diese Daten verwendet werden. Die Tools / Links habe ich gerade korrigiert.
