Progress Bar Redesign #93

This PR implements the new design of the progress bar. TODO:

It also reconfigured the gatsby-svg plugin to work project wide, which allows styling .svg files through css

@rush42 Wie ist der Stand hier? Kann das gemerged werden?

Hier ist das Problem, dass das Icon mit der Lupe aus einem anderen Sammlung kommt und deshalb leider nicht gut einblendet, hast du dafuer eine Loesung ?

Ich würde zwei Dinge ausprobieren als erstes:

@rush42 ich habe das Problem mit den Icons behoben. Bitte schau nochmal rein und dann gib es bitte an Boris zu Freigabe; danach dann bitte zeitnah merge+deploy organisieren.

PS: Ich habe nicht rausgefunden, warum in diesem Repo die SVGs nach import zu einem Data string werden. In allen anderen Repos werden sie zu inline SVGs…

@rush42 ist das Hero Bild in der Größe so geplant unter https://deploy-preview-93--fixmyrsv.netlify.app/ Desktop? Die Linien des Bildes gehen nicht bis zum Rand.
