we got told to use a template for our constitution; so i'm working on using one they told us about

todo

[ ] use their new template as a base
[ ] revise the objects as they suggest
[ ] say a bit more about what we expect from the people we give money to ( blog posts, whatever ); less "no strings attached" more "here are the strings"
[ ] double-check any other feedback
