Supposed to work for other bot's posts? #980

Wasn't sure where to put this, but I've got another bot that posts Twitter feeds into a channel.

I can't seem to get FixTweet to do anything with that bot's messages. I've tried giving full permissions of everything, but no luck. Is this not supported?
