Get Duplicity backend adopted #5

  1. Rename to jottabackend.py
  2. Notify Duplicity team of existence

OK, great!

IIRC, I didn't make any significant changes, if any, in that one, but we may have to do something in relation to the name change to jottalib-ng and send a PR their way.

As it stands now, I don't seem to see the file at the link import anything jotta-related - am I missing something?

I just added a new branch with naming updates - would you like to come aboard as a collaborator and do a review?

It's a mirror from a random person AFAIK. That is not the actual repo where development is done

It seems like launchpad is the correct place
