feature request: in game nong submission

make a menu in-game to submit new nong songs.

mimic the UI from here.

upon submission redirect the user to that page. This will require signing in to github.

• Make sure the link works on mobile before implementing.
• Can't file upload
• Requires the auto nong button to always be present
