Bug Report - Brief Description/Name of issue #1262

Recently, i messed up with my save, but i saw a post saying that exists a backup folder, so i get to the backup, put into the save folder, but i still can't change in game save, how do i change the "game save file"? I need another program?

Backups are accessible for editing through the "show backups" option in the settings. They can also be restored via Checkpoint
