Bug Report - Error initializing after upgrading from 9.2

Describe the bug I recently found my 3ds and connected to internet to transfer some VC pokemon games after playing for a while saved the data and wanted to use PKSM for checking my team but PKSM asked for the latest update. After updating I am unable to open and get error message below: PKSM v10.0.0-2b194722 Error during startup: 0xD8E06406 Description: nsInit failed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install the latest version of PKSM
2. Try to launch
3. Receive error message

Expected behavior PKSM opening like previous version with no issues at all

Information about your environment

• OS version: NDS Sys 11.5.0-38U
• PKSM version: 10
• Entrypoint: CFW Luma 3DS 8.1.1 with Bootstrap v1 2

Additional context I have already tried deleting all files on sd card under PKSM folder (clean install) but still same error

Updated Luma to latest version 13.0.2 and fixed the problem
