Error trying to open pksm #1444

I have version 7.1 of luma on my 3ds, but when trying to open some of the versions of pksm I get an error, which is the best version of pksm for my version of luma?

Update to a modern version of luma instead of trying to jerryrig together a functioning console on 7.1. We won't provide any help with any outdated PKSM versions.
