Bug Report - Brief Description/Name of issue #1475

Error en leer los archivos de guardado de los juegos originales Cuando quiero modificar una partida de Pokémon ya sea de cualquier juego que no sea directamente desde el menú, es decir, cualquier juego que he tenido que expecificarle la ruta del archivo de guardado a PKSM se bloquea y tengo que reiniciar la Nintendo ya que se queda en la pantalla de "Creando copia de seguridad... Por favor espere...". Y los archivos son totalmente legibles por PKHeX.

Para que salga el error solo tienes que hacer esto Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Abre PKSM
  2. Pulsa "Y"
  3. Click en "Añadir archivo de guardado"
  4. Elige el archivo que desees, en mi caso es Pokémon HeardGold original, es decir, un archivo ".sav".
  5. Vuelve al menú inicial, y pulsa de nuevo "Y" para que salga el juego con su respectiva .sav, y entra en el pulsando "A"
  6. Se quedará congelado en "Creando copia de seguridad... Por favor espere..."

Expected behavior La pantalla con las opciones para poder editar/modificar mi partida.

Additional context Los cartuchos de juego y los juegos de 3ds que me aparecen en el menú como Pokémon Ultrasol, funcionan bien.

I was just about to report the same issue. I'm also running into this, both with HeartGold and Platinum. I need to forcibly shut off my 3DS every time.

The backup is successfully created--when I restart my 3DS and reopen PKSM, a new entry is listed with the correct date and time in the save list, but if I try to open the game's main save again, the process repeats. It always freezes at "Creating backup... Please wait..."

Exactly the same problem as me, I hope it's just a mistake and they manage to solve it. The truth is that this makes PKSM almost completely useless. If you can solve it, let me know it would be very helpful.

Same exact issue here. I updated pksm, tried using it with a game and it would "backup" indefinitely. Attempting to open saves for some pkmn games would result in this bug. (The games I tried were Pokemon Diamond, Heart Gold (Prolly all gen 4) and Black 2)

This issue is still present in Luma 13.2.1, in case anyone was wondering.

I was able to solve it, I deleted all the files corresponding to PKSM and its respective app. Then, reinstall all
