please help used pksm save data corrupted on soulsilver #605

hi I'm very happy with pksm I love it its great and all but my soul silver data got corrupted I am desperate to get it back does anybody know how to import my save data back onto my game card I luckily found my soul silver save deep in the pksm files and put it on my computer and it pulled up onto pkhex can anybody please tell me how to fix my save

Just restore it. Make sure you use PKSM 5.0.1+ because it doesn't corrupt data anymore

Use TWLSaveTool to do it
