From #144: White space validation needs to continue to allow empty strings to be accepted by feature state resources.

@gagantrivedi Hey. Not sure if you say those failing tests. Not sure what to do about them. The error in them is:

provider_test.go:31: FLAGSMITH_MASTER_API_KEY environment variable must be set for acceptance tests

Yeah, you can ignore that - it's auth thing
