You are using an very old version of the Exporter , getting the newest Version could fix that problem
Pack master is old? Regardless there is another problem. I can't even enable other versions of KKBP on the plug-in. It gives me an error and doesnt check the box.

So I followed the instructions, did everything I can. And even this new installation is give me errors. When I click "Prep for target application" as it is instructed on KK-Blender-Shader-Pack.
I got it to work. Turns out I had to import from the Koikatsu\Export_PMX file. And that worked somehow. Also is there a way to export to pmx and not fbx?

Use the either CATS or mmd Tools to export it as a PMX file
Option to export them to pmx is grayed out, unsure if there was an step I'm not understanding. I just, export it to fbx then convert that to pmx.

Do you have a process for this? The mmd tools convert button breaks the armature in my experience.

tbh I just said it like that , thinking it would work because I'm only using the export fbx variant , sorry

I want this too. PMX format is really nice for sharing, and easy to use.
I'm not even sure what happened. I am using Blender 3.1. It was working fine up till the "Convert and Apply colors to Shaders" part. After that thinking something went wrong change to a different version and somehow I can't "Finalize PMX File". Even if I went back to the previous version that worked fine before. I tried everything I can think of, even using different versions of blender, and the same consist issue appears on everyone of them. I spoke to other people about this and they have no idea as to what the issue is.
