I only tried rouge so far, but it looks like the mod is missing materials that usually come with the face. The importer is erroring out because it expects them to all be there. I can probably add a check for the missing mats and make it skip over them if they aren't there.

Seems to be fixed in the latest release
In my usage of the importer/exporter pack, cards by Evaan and MrD seem to break in different ways when exported to blender with the latest versions of the plugins Exporter Version 3.60 .net 3.5 for Koikatsu Blender Plugin 6.0.0 Blender 3.3.1 Rouge imports with no KK node setup, just the default MMD in its place, rig doesn't finish generating Stocking imports with most of the materials setup with the KK nodes, but most aren't assigned correctly and transparency isn't working, nips look like they're sitting on a black circle lol. Though exporting normal KK cards seem to work fine, here are my latest logs and the cards themselves.
