body parts go though tops. #479

body parts on the chest go through clothing. I can edit the clothing but as soon as I burn the files the clothing goes back to how it was with the two holes one on each side of the chest. And of course when putting those burned files to use else where the holes are on the model even though I had fixed them before burning the model. I was told to use the information talked about here https://github.com/FlailingFog/KK-Blender-Porter-Pack/issues/378 however no matter if I mess with the body shader or the body textures the issue remains the same. I have even selected the offending parts and shrunken/flattened them the holes still show up once exported.

You're supposed to edit the cf_m_body_AM.png file to make the body transparent in those areas. This will guarantee the baked files become transparent as well. If that isn't working and you don't plan on using those parts then you can just delete the faces.

Thank you for the reply, but I am not finding any file labeled cf_m_body_AM, I have the body file which is labeled cf_m_body, and when I search for cf_m_body I get four do not edit files under 1 outfit. As you can see both items do have transparency, However there is still holes in the clothing and no matter what I try to do, and what settings on the body I edit the holes still remain. I have even messed with the setting on the clothing in hopes it might work and it doesn't. body only thing that shows up

Sorry no this is not complete, I was trying to figure out what that thing at the bottom meant and how to change it and it posted saying the issue was closed/complete when it still is around.

No it should have the "AM" part in it. If you check the last picture in https://github.com/FlailingFog/KK-Blender-Porter-Pack/issues/378 you can find the location of the Body alpha mask node. It should look something like this where yellow = visible body parts, and green = invisible body parts. If you don't have that file, then you can click on the "New" button and create your own body alpha mask by painting the parts that you want invisible to be green. image

Okay I think I found what you are talking about, however I can not seem to add green to the png. I can click the green and drag it but that does nothing to the figure. It sounds like it should be as simple as click that spot and it becomes green but that is not what is happening on my end. I have selected view it does nothing but view the png, I select the paint option and I can not paint the areas I need to, and the mask option does nothing as well. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. mask

Okay I went to Texture Paint and it shows the body parts are already green so it seems that they are already meant to be invisible but are not? I censored them but you can see some cuts on the side that go through the clothing that is green. This is very confusing I do not understand what is going on. already green

messed with the alpha masks turns out as soon as you bake something all the masks turn into one mask so even when you edit things you are stuck with that first mask. I have tried a bunch of things and after updating blend all the outfits worked together just fine. however when I baked it one outfit went back to the chest holes where as all the others did not go back to those holes. Why does this top refuse to work properly in blender? It is the top shown here actually.
