Export to Unreal Engine 5 #489

Hello

I have a problem when I import fbx exported file in unreal.

After I imported PMX files in Blender, I can see all shapekeys that are worked perfectly.

But when I export fbx file and import in Unreal, only some eyes shapekeys and tears are keeping And only tears works perfectly. Eye doesn't work. All mouth shapekeys are missing.

In fact, I want to use mouth and eyes shapekeys in Unreal.

Is anyone can help me ?

may I ask what KK and KKBP version are you using? When I try to import the fbx file into Unreal the hair is on the ground instead of on the head

I gave up on using the rigged KK model in unreal, and removed the KK armature, then I used Mixamo to auto rig the mesh again and imported the mixamo model to UE. Well at least the shapekeys work for me still.

Any success with importing in to UE5?

Thought I share my attempts so we can figure out a better method.

Tried Epic's Send to Unreal which should be able to export a blender model in to UE5 but wasn't very successful, I think this works better with static models not the ones from KK or KKS.

Tried Auto Rig Pro which has more success, I imported in to blender with the KKBP armature, then deleted it and replaced it with the autorig then export, it gives less errors but still fails.

Various other things I tried is combing everything in to just one model so joining the clothes and hair together but this isn't ideal since it'll lose animations like blinking, speaking etc.

I'm new to UE5 though so maybe one method worked but I didn't know.
