scanimage < 1.0.22 does not work #2

I am using the packaged debian squeeze version of scanimage, which is version 1.0.21. The command line switch -A for scanimage was introduced in in version 1.0.22. Therefore, scan2pdf fails with stock debian install. I'll fix and make a pull request.

That's why I noted 1.0.22 in the README. I'll close the issue, please do send me a pull request if you find a way to work that around, though.

I fixed this issue and checked in. Pull request to be issued later today.
