Network Manager Link #4

Seems like there's an issue in the header where the network manager link is still listed. Unfortunately, this link leads to nowhere and should be removed.

Fix: https://github.com/FlamesRunner/natCP/blob/master/web/admin/header.php LN33 should be removed.
