Hunter mark overlap each other:
There are 2 hunter marks, one that you automatically apply when using abilities (red debuff) and one that you can cast (blue debuff).
The blue one should always have priority, so if the blue is up the red cannot be applied.
If the blue one is applied on the red one, the red one should disappear so there's only the blue.
