Improved walking + obstacle handling

[Flamezzz]

• More randomized walking
• Less delays in obstacle handling
• Prevent the occasional spam clicking on obstacles
• No more getting stuck for ~10 seconds

This requires pretty much a full replacement of osbot's local walking system, so it could take some time...
