Description Make changes to the Presentation layer of the FeatureConfig module according to the public dashboard design feature module section.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The PublicDashboardFeatureConfigModel class implemented
[ ] The FeatureConfigNotifier updated to include and initialize the PublicDashboardFeatureConfigModel
[ ] Everything tested properly
