Description Integrate the AuthState enum to the NavigationNotifier according to the public dashboard design navigation module section.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The authState field of the AuthState type added
[ ] The handleAuthUpdates() implemented
[ ] The handleAuthUpdates() method added to the AuthNotifier listener inside the InjectionContainer
[ ] Tests added
