Split content packs #1117

The Flans Mod comes with a small amount of default content packs, including Modern Warfare and WWII. I think these two packs should be split farther into their vehicle packs and small arms packs.

Please provide more information on the reasons why this should be implemented. Because in my opinion this would just further complicate the installing process of Flans Mod and its content packs for the majority of users. Following the instruction i gave in #1089 you can easily modify the content packs yourself without the need of different public packs

The most widely used content packs (Modern Warfare, World War II) are already bundled with the default install, so the installation process wouldn't change. I am creating a modpack and I think separating vehicles from small arms could make it easier for people looking to selectively redistribute parts of the content packs.
