FOV doesn't reset properly after aiming down sights

Describe the bug

The player's FOV gets reset to one value below its original value after the player stops aiming down sights. For example, if my FOV was 90 prior to aiming down sights then it will be reset to 89 after i stop aiming. The FOV will stay at this new value, but I have occasionally noticed it go even further down after longer playing sessions although it is harder to reproduce this.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Check FOV value in settings
2. Aim down sights with any weapon regardless of attachments
3. Stop aiming down sights
4. Check FOV value in settings afterwards

Expected behaviour

The FOV value should reset to exactly how it was before aiming down sights

• Forge: 14.23.5.2854
• Flan's Mod: 5.5.6 beta.8 (I have noticed it in previous versions of flans mod)

I managed to get my FOV down to 0 by using 2 guns and constantly aiming with both of them :P
