Describe the bug When I was killed on the server,Sometimes you can't be rebor

To Reproduce

  1. I was killed and Try to be reborn
  2. But most of the time, pressing the regenerate button doesn't work
  3. I quit the server and re-enter it，It will return to normal

Expected behaviour Normal rebirth

How were you killed?

Killed by a gun.
