Going from flans beta 8 to 9 or 10 disables bullets going through leaves

< I was doing some shooting around with the latest v5.6-beta.10 and I noticed that the bullets no longer went through the leaves of trees so I did some back dating and found something broke between v5.6-beta.8 to v5.6-beta.9 and the versions after do not allow you to shoot through leaves blocks.
