Team Deathmatch timer runs out instantly #1419

Describe the bug When setting up a TDM round, no matter what you put as the time limit it instantly hits zero and doesn't let people join any teams

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Set up a TDM match and add round
  2. Set round time limit to something
  3. /teams start
  4. check the scoreboard

Expected behaviour It should probably count down from the given time limit?
