Fixes #1422 weapon box behavior by delaying aspects of item creation until after oredict has a chance to find entries from other mods. Also adds compatibility with plates and gears.
Modern Weapons recipes reverted to using ingotSteel as they were in https://github.com/FlansMods/FlansMod/commit/a61ad7c375dc4384f3c4a2cdf4d87d6f8f2dbe83
Tested with Thermal Foundation.
