Players invulnerable to status effect damage while in vehicles #1424

Describe the bug

A player in a plane will not take damage from a status effect, until they get out.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Apply Wither or Poison to player
  2. Player gets in vehicle
  3. Observe as player takes no damage
  4. Player gets out of vehicle
  5. Observe as player begins to take damage as normal

Expected behavior

Players in vehicles will take damage from Wither, Poison status effects.
