Only owners of cars can destroy them, Others can just drive and steal them #365

its good for my server, but if there are cars everywhere people just go and left click every car they see, that makes stealing easy, maybe they can only drive in it to steal it, or only owners (placers) of the cars can destroy them. or maybe there could be keys to lock vehicles to be not stolen, that makes garages useful instead of wondering, how do 54 tanks fit in a chest?

The ability to lock cars would be good however it is a feature that I think would just get abused. People could just lock cars all over the place and no one would be able to pick them up or move them.

The idea of people who don't own a car not being able to pick it up but still being able to steal it by driving it away seems a bit pointless. People would just steal cars, take them back to their base and then have no way of picking them up ever.

maybe an ability to "conquer" it? a lock hacker or something that makes the car belong to you, but it will take some seconds, at this time the owner can come and say, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING WITH MY CAR? xD
