Make Snipers more accurate. #82

As well as changing the default stats, the sights could be changed a little.

I can make scope overlays if anyone needs them.

I feel like making scope overlays. I'll try to make the reticles for WWII historically accurate. What reticles should the Modern Weapons pack use?

They come with blurred borders and sharp borders. The overlays are 2x the default resolution.

Uh, I'm currently trying to create a pull request. How am I supposed to add a file to the gui folder

I believe kirby already improved the accuracy and had his scopes pulled.
