add name sorting to treatments in questioner #89

this just fixes treatment sort in the questioner. Treatments seem to be sorting properly in the graph's legend. if you want proper sorting in the d3_trackables dots under the graphs, that would probably take a good bit of doing and probably would be best done in the API side since it would need to look at all user's treatments and sort in user's settings.... I think.

Looks pretty good to me. Snap is freaking out for other reasons. :+1:
